Mark Sarojak
Founder & CEO
As the Founder and CEO of Intellicue, Mark directs the overall vision and strategy
of the company with a focus on innovation and communication. Having started his career in software
engineering, Mark later transitioned into international sales and marketing. With nearly 15 years
of business operations experience in high-tech companies such as FoneBlast, BAE Systems, and WebVision, Mark leads
Intellicue in helping non-technology companies increase business revenues through mobile marketing.
Before founding Intellicue, Mark had prior start-up experience with FoneBlast, a
provider of telephone-based reminder services, and successfully led the transition
of FoneBlast’s technologies into the foundation of Intellicue’s messaging
platform. Mark holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Wake Forest University
and a MS degree in Engineering Systems from the Colorado School of Mines.
Keri Flaherty Sarojak
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Intellicue, and a veteran of the telecommunications industry, Keri
is responsible for the daily operations and management activities for the company.
A vigilant advocate for our clients and users, Keri applies her in-depth understanding of
communications theory and application in overseeing all corporate policies and practices.
Prior to co-founding Intellicue, Keri worked for Alltel Corporation in a variety
of roles, including sales and supply chain management where she lead vendor relations
for multi-million dollar accounts such as Lucent Technologies, Panasonic, and Cisco
Systems. Keri has a BS degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University’s
Calloway School of Business and Accountancy, with an emphasis on communications.
Jim Shivers
Vice President of Golf
Jim serves as Intellicue's Vice President of Golf and leads the company's mobile marketing efforts with golf courses,
players associations, management companies, and owners associations. Jim is an avid golfer with a true passion
for both the sport and the business of golf. Additionally, with more than 12 years of experience coaching
junior Olympic athletes, Jim also enjoys working with athletic organizations of all kinds.
Jim comes to Intellicue from Unisys Corporation where he spent more than 32 years
in various domestic and international positions, including technical pre- and post-
sales support, marketing, and program management. Jim is a graduate of Metropolitan
State College with a BS in Computer/Business Systems and minors in Math and Business.
Sandra Shivers
Financial Operations Advisor
As Financial Operations Advisor, Sandy lends her wealth of experience to the Intellicue
executive team regarding financial matters. A senior executive within the financial
services industry, Sandy has more than 25 years of experience in financial planning,
wealth management, and personal/estate tax planning.
She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Wealth Advisory Services
for Wilmington Trust’s mid-Atlantic Region, and has held several other top positions
within Wilmington Trust of PA, including Chief Operations Officer, Chief Fiduciary
Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Sandy graduated from Rutgers University with
a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Economics.
Glee Cady
Privacy and Security Advisor
Glee is a writer and technologist who now works in security and privacy program
management. By training a journalist, Glee was an early advocate for internetworking.
She was a private sector advisor to the Departments of State and Commerce at the
OECD, and her deposition explaining how the Internet works is quoted in the Reno
v. ACLU Supreme Court decision overturning the Communications Decency Act.
She is the co-author (with Pat McGregor) of four books intended to help consumers
manage their use of technology. Their digital privacy book is on the reading list
for the privacy professional certification course offered by the International Association
of Privacy Professionals. As a speaker at conferences, in Congressional testimony,
and on television, she is particularly known for explaining complex technical systems
and concepts to non-technical audiences.
